Can I use social authentication to claim multiple times?
Yes, you can log in multiple times to create multiple claim links. Each login generates a new lockbox with a unique claim link and passphrase.
What if I lose my claim link or passphrase halfway during social authentication?
No need to worry. Simply authenticate again using the same social account to generate a new claim link and passphrase. The previous link will remain valid until it expires 3 days after creation.
My lockbox creation is taking too long, what should I do?
You should wait for at least 30 seconds before refreshing the page if lockbox creation page is stuck. Make sure to check your internet connection. Restart the authentication process if issue still persists after.
My social authentication failed, what should I do?
Ensure you have granted all requested permissions for your social account during authentication. You can also try clearing your browser cache and cookies, or try with another browser/device.
When will I receive my tokens?
You'll receive your WMON tokens instantly upon completing the sign-up process in the PingMe app. Tokens are credited directly to your PingMe account.
How long is my claim link valid for?
Claim links and passphrases expire 3 days after creation. You must complete the PingMe app registration within this timeframe.
My claim link is not working, what should I do?
Make sure the claim link hasn't expired when trying to claim payment. Do make sure that you also have the correct URL or try opening the link in different browser. Otherwise, you may generate a new claim link by restarting the authentication process.
Can I use the same social account on different devices?
Yes, you can log in from any device using your Google or Twitter account to generate new claim links.
Is my email or social login information secure?
Yes, all data is stored securely in our database. We only collect your email, social login ID, marketing consent preference (if provided), and registration timestamp.
Do I need a crypto wallet?
No, tokens are deposited directly into your PingMe app account. You don't need an external crypto wallet unless it's for top up or withdrawal.
