Social Authentication

Before you sign up for a PingMe account, you will need to perform a one-time social authentication using your Google or X/Twitter account.

To get started, visit PingMe registration page (https://signup.pingme.xyz) using your mobile device:

1. Review the Terms of Service and marketing consent agreement, before continuing with either your Google or X/Twitter account.

1. Once social authentication is completed, a loading screen will appear momentarily for your lockbox creation.

2. Upon completion, a 6-digit passphrase code and a claim link will be generated for you. Copy the 6-digit passphrase and tap on "Complete Sign Up" to get redirected to PingMe app.

Your claim link and passphrase are valid for 3 days from creation. Claim them immediately.

1. You may skip this step if you already have PingMe app downloaded - otherwise follow the instructions to download PingMe app from iOS App Store. Once PingMe is downloaded, you can go back to the claim page and tap "Complete Sign Up" to continue with the payment claim before signup.

2. Once redirected to PingMe app, you will be asked to enter the passphrase for payment claim. Paste and enter the 6-digit passphrase code generated for you earlier and tap "Claim".

1. Once payment is claimed successfully, you will be asked to sign up for a PingMe account. Follow the steps here to continue with sign up.
