# Transfer Crypto Directly to PingMe

PingMe allows users to directly deposit supported assets to a unique deposit address tied to your PingMe account on Monad network. You may deposit supported assets from any supported external wallet or exchange.

<mark style="color:$primary;">Depositing an unsupported asset or sending via the wrong network</mark> <mark style="color:$primary;"></mark><mark style="color:$primary;">**may result in permanent, irreversible loss of funds - PingMe cannot recover them.**</mark>

<mark style="color:$primary;">Before initiating any deposit, confirm the following:</mark>

* <mark style="color:$primary;">You are sending a</mark> <mark style="color:$primary;"></mark><mark style="color:$primary;">**supported asset**</mark> <mark style="color:$primary;"></mark><mark style="color:$primary;">(e.g. USDC or WMON).</mark>
* <mark style="color:$primary;">You are sending on the</mark> <mark style="color:$primary;"></mark><mark style="color:$primary;">**Monad network.**</mark>
* <mark style="color:$primary;">The</mark> <mark style="color:$primary;"></mark><mark style="color:$primary;">**deposit address**</mark> <mark style="color:$primary;"></mark><mark style="color:$primary;">is copied exactly - do not type it manually.</mark>
* <mark style="color:$primary;">Your sending wallet or exchange</mark> <mark style="color:$primary;"></mark><mark style="color:$primary;">**supports Monad**</mark> <mark style="color:$primary;"></mark><mark style="color:$primary;">as an outgoing network.</mark>

<mark style="color:$primary;">Blockchain transactions are final. Once sent to the wrong network or address,</mark> <mark style="color:$primary;"></mark><mark style="color:$primary;">**no one — including PingMe — can reverse or recover the transaction.**</mark>

<mark style="color:$primary;">When in doubt, send a small test amount first.</mark>

### Step-by-Step Guide

1. To top up balance on your PingMe account, head to the Home page and tap the "+" button next to the current balance.
2. Tap on "Get Address" under **Transfer crypto to PingMe** section.

3. On the **Deposit to Address** page, you will be presented with 2 token deposit options - you can deposit either [**USDC**](https://monadvision.com/token/0x754704Bc059F8C67012fEd69BC8A327a5aafb603) or [**WMON**](https://monadvision.com/token/0x3bd359C1119dA7Da1D913D1C4D2B7c461115433A) via Monad network to your PingMe account.

3. Copy your PingMe wallet address that is displayed for your account - this is a unique wallet address assigned to your PingMe account.
4. Deposit funds into your account from your preferred DeFi wallet or Centralized Exchange (CEX) wallet by pasting the PingMe wallet address. **Make sure to deposit the correct asset (USDC or WMON), with the correct network (Monad) chosen.**

5. Upon completion of deposit transaction, the funds will usually arrive in your PingMe account within 10-15 seconds, and your balance will be updated automatically upon successful deposit.
