# Bridge From Another Wallet

Bridging on PingMe is powered by **external bridge partners** integrated directly into the app. These are established cross-chain infrastructure providers that handle the technical heavy lifting of moving assets between blockchains securely.

{% hint style="warning" %} **Please read before proceeding.**

Bridging services displayed within PingMe are provided by **independent third-party bridge partners**, not by PingMe directly.

This means:

* Each bridge partner operates under their **own terms of service, security architecture, and supported token/chain pairs.**
* Bridge fees, processing times, and exchange rates are **set and controlled by the provider.**
* PingMe does not hold, control, or take custody of assets during the bridging process - this happens entirely within the **partner's bridge infrastructure.**
* PingMe is not liable for delays, failed transactions, or asset loss that occur during the bridging process.
* PingMe integrates bridge partners to keep your experience smooth — but the cross-chain transaction happens between **you, the bridge protocol, and the destination chain.**

**Always verify the details before confirming a bridge transaction.**

### Step-by-Step Guide

1. To top up balance on your PingMe account, head to the Home page and tap the "+" button next to the current balance.
2. Tap on "Choose Your Wallet" under **Bridge From Another Wallet** section.

3. On the **Available Wallets** page, you will be presented with available crypto wallet options based on what you have installed on your device, and a bridging URL for non-supported wallet options.

4. If you have any of the supported wallets installed (e.g. Metamask), you will be able to tap on the option, which will redirect & launch the 3rd party wallet app directly with the bridging URL pre-loaded.

4. Connect your wallet on the 3rd party wallet app, and select the origin network to bridge your assets - **bridging function is powered by** [**Avail**](https://availproject.org/) **and currently only supports USDC bridging from any supported network to Monad network.**
5. If you do not see your wallet option displayed on PingMe app, you may copy and paste the bridging URL under **For Other Wallets** section on PingMe app, directly to your preferred crypto wallet app browser and bridge USDC from any supported network to Monad network.

{% hint style="info" %}
**The bridging URL is automatically generated with your PingMe account wallet address as destination address. Please make sure to bridge only USDC and select Monad network as the destination network.**
{% endhint %}

5. Upon completion of bridging transaction, the funds will usually arrive in your PingMe account within 10-15 seconds, and your balance will be updated automatically upon successful deposit.
